Altaflex, a division of OSI Electronics, is seeking a Process Operator (NC Driller & Router) who will perform drill and route operations on flexible printed circuits, set up, operate, and troubleshoot CNC and laser drill machines, drill test fixtures, tape and pin panels, shear laminate, entry, and back-up materials, and operate the TMP Press.
Responsibilities• High school diploma or equivalent desired.• Flexible Printed Circuit Boards experience preferred.• Knowledge of PCB Materials desired.• Drilling and Routing PCB experience a plus.• Must be able to use all required Personal Protective Equipment.• Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize duties.• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.• Effective written and verbal communication skills.• Must be comfortable in working with others to analyze, define and resolve product yield problems.
