MAJOR POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES

Essential duties for which this position is responsible.)

Coordinate entire shipping dock responsibilities with all employees

Make sure loads are loaded in order following orders and quantities

Performs daily S.S.O.P’s and Cooler and freezer Inventory

Assists in unloading and billing loads out of SAP

Inform operating managers of any problems

Required Skills

Experience in meat industry preferred.

People handling and communication skills.

High School diploma or GED preferred

Truck Drivers License Preferred

Forklift Experience

Computer skills preferred

Required Experience

• Ability to read and understand shipping and receiving documents.
• Ability to enter data into established computer programs, create simple word processing and spreadsheet documents, correspond by e-mail, and other related computer-based activities.
• Ability to communicate courteously, clearly, and effectively with co-workers, supervisors, customers, and truck drivers.
• Computer Competency (Excel / Outlook)
• SAP knowledge is a plus
• Require driving PIT (reach truck; pacer; electric walkie)
• Bilingual is a plus
• Work is generally performed within a manufacturing environment subjected to temperatures of cold and warm along with wearing the proper PPE, with standard office equipment available along with plant manufacturing environment.
• While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit, stand, bend, walk, use hands or finger, talk, hear, feel objects, tools, or controls;

may be required to lift up to 50 pounds. Vision abilities include close vision to a computer screen.
