- Get to know and develop relationships with staff and patrons that use the pool
- Coach and mentor staff so they can succeed and grow in our aquatics department
- Lifeguard and Teach Swim Lessons!
- Ensure the safety of our guests and patrons
- Assist Aquatics Leadership staff with communication and enforcement of department policies and regulations, and assist with light administrative duties as relates to aquatics programs and operations.
