The Oshkosh YMCA is looking for a passionate and health focused individual to lead the Teen strength programming. These programs include Strong Teens and Teen Learn to Lift. The applicant must be available to teach 2-3 60-minute classes per week, with flexible daytime and evening availability. The teen strength programs focus on the safe introduction of strength training and the introduction to the YMCA health and wellness centers for kids 11 and up.

• Flexible schedule, with evening availability is required.
• Exercise and coaching experience are preferred, but not required.
• Applicant must be able to safely lift up to 50 pounds when needed.
• Must be able to properly demonstrate proper lifting and use of health and wellness center equipment.
• Applicant must be able to travel between two Oshkosh YMCA locations.
• Teen strength program coach will directly report to Wellness & Healthy Living Program Director, Lindsey McMullin.
