Overview Expected pay for this position is $28.44 - $33.46 / hour. Actual pay will be determined by experience, skills and internal equity.
POSITION SUMMARY : The Professional Recruiter I is responsible for efficiently recruiting, sourcing, and screening candidates for placement in positions throughout OSF HealthCare.
Responsible for gaining a thorough knowledge base of assigned departments and relationship building with both hiring managers and active / potential candidates.
Identifies candidates that are a best-fit for OSF and provide feedback and guidance to managers regarding candidates for open positions.
Must be able to travel to various recruitment events and job / career fairs. Qualifications REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS : Education : Bachelors Experience : 1 year of work experience in a clerical or customer service position Other skills / knowledge : Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Solid computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft software. Strong analytical and problem solving skills, with the ability to be detail oriented.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS : Education : Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or other related field Experience : Previous recruitment experience Other skills / knowledge : Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Solid computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft software. Strong analytical and problem solving skills, with the ability to be detail oriented.
