All of our products are grown, extracted, tested numerous times, and formulated in house to ensure the best and most consistent product every time.GENERAL JOB DESCRIPTIONThe dispensary manager is primarily in charge of the day-to-day operations of the dispensary, which includes effective performance management and execution of retail operations including merchandising and patient order fulfillment.DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITESMaintain an in depth knowledge of all strains and products in-store inventory as well as industry wide product and trend knowledge.Oversee the store's compliance with all applicable local, state, and federal laws and regulations.Developing and executing the company growth strategy.Creating business strategies to attract new customers, expand store traffic, and enhance profitability. Responding to customer complaints and concerns in a professional manner.Undertaking store administration duties.Monitoring inventory levels and ordering new items.Creating sales strategies to drive growth.QUALIFICATIONS FOR THE JOBEducation:A certified dispenser must have, at a minimum, two years of education or experience in the fields of biology, biochemistry, chemistry, physiology, pharmacology, medicine, medical cannabis, nursing, pharmaceuticals, or a similar field.Training and Continuing Education of Certified Dispensers will be required.Prior to the dispensary's commencing operations or prior to beginning work, a certified dispenser must take and pass a medical cannabis foundations training course as required by the Commission.Annually, in addition to the Commission's continuing education requirement for all employees a certified dispenser must undergo not fewer than ten (10) hours of continuing education approved by the Commission.KEY COMPETENCIESCreativityCritical ThinkingCooperation and Communication
