We are looking for a Crew Leader to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in lawn care, including mowing, trimming, and edging. The Crew Leader should be knowledgeable about the proper use of lawn care equipment and safety protocols.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain lawns by mowing, edging, and trimming.
• Pruning shrubs and low tree branches
• Planting and maintaining flower beds
• Laying sod
• Pulling weeds
• Applying mulch
• Picking up trash or debris
• Using hand tools, power tools, and/or equipment to perform landscape duties
• Digging trenches and holes
• Moving soil, equipment, and materials
• Performing miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned

Skills necessary:

• Landscaping experience preferred
• Bi-lingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
• Must be able and willing to work for long periods of time outside (in extreme temperatures and direct sunlight)
• Must be able and willing to bend, stoop, and twist repeatedly throughout the day
• Must be able to use hand tools and power equipment
• Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week

Experience:

• Landscape maintenance: 1 year (Required)
• Supervising: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• Driver's License (Required)
• Green Industry Best Management Practice (Preferred)
