Job Title: CNC Machinist (Lathe and Mill)

Location- Brea, CA

Shift: 2nd 2:30pm-11pm *$1.50 shift diferential

Pay DOE: $26-$32/ hr

Overview:
We are seeking a skilled CNC Machinist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in machining operations and be proficient in programming and operating CNC machines.Some programming experience is preferred but not required. The primary responsibilities of this role include reading blueprints, setting up machines, and ensuring the accurate production of parts to meet quality standards.

**Job Responsibilities:**

- Operate CNC Lathe and CNC Mill machines to produce high-quality parts according to specifications.

- Set up and adjust machine settings to ensure proper functionality and accuracy.

- Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work instructions.

- Inspect finished parts to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications.

- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to machine operations, tooling, or programming.

- Maintain a clean and organized work area, following safety protocols and procedures.

- Collaborate with team members to optimize production processes and achieve department goals.

**Qualifications:**

- Previous experience operating CNC Lathe and CNC Mill machines.

- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.

- Basic knowledge of machining principles and techniques.

- Strong attention to detail and quality assurance.

- Effective problem-solving skills and mechanical aptitude.

- Experience with programming CNC machines is a plus.

- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.

- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
