Boutique Orthodontic office looking to hire a motivated, enthusiastic, and organized individual looking to grow - for a scheduling coordinator to join our team.

No experience necessary! An excellent candidate will be highly organized, have great interpersonal skills and be able to take initiative to get the job done.

PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES would include:

· Incoming phone calls and emails

· Scheduling patients

· Distributing relative information to patients via our communication service

· Performing general office and clerical tasks

· Written correspondence

· Creating patient files and organizing documents

Experience:
Front Office experience in a dental or medical practice is a plus, but not required, willing to train the right fit for our team.

Qualifications:

- Good interpersonal skills. Must enjoy interacting with people as this is a very interactive job.
-Must be dependable, responsible, and punctual
-Working knowledge in Microsoft Office
- Must be organized-Good verbal and written communication skills
