Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer support throughout the patient journey, from the initial phone call to the final visit and beyond.
- Contribute to optimizing patients' results and the front office experience, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience for every individual.
- Work independently while collaborating effectively with the team, demonstrating strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to resolving issues.

- Perform various administrative tasks, including front desk duties, scheduling appointments, insurance billing, and collections, while maintaining a high level of accuracy and efficiency.
- Bachelor's Degree
- 2-3 years of front desk experience (Required)
- Healthcare insurance/billing/collections experience (Preferred)
- Sales and objection handling skill set
- Ability to multitask and problem-solve quickly in a high-volume outpatient environment
- Flexibility and willingness to adapt to changes as needed
- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills, with a commitment to supporting colleagues and contributing to a positive work environment
