Full Job Description
- Providing outstanding customer service with the patient as #1 priority; partnering with staff, timely and successfully resolves patient complaints, concerns and questions
- Fully assisting the dentist chair side in the process of treating patients
- Taking and developing radio graphs
- Recording patients’ medical history; taking blood pressure and pulse
- Helping patients feel comfortable before, during and after dental treatment
- Providing patients with instructions for oral care following appointments and procedures
- Teaching patients appropriate oral hygiene strategies to improve or maintain oral health
- Performing operatory set up and break down
- Sterilizing instruments
- Fits our dynamic culture and values
- Has a minimum of 1 year's experience as a dental assistant
- Certifications required: RDA
- A self-starter with a positive outlook, plus a solution oriented and proactive approach
- A strong service mentality, supports the needs of patients and pays attention to detail
- Team oriented
