Description

The PRN X-ray Technician for the southside offices will be responsible for preparing patients for x-rays and educate them on the process, taking X-Rays of patients as directed, maintaining X-Ray equipment and maintenance schedule, and maintaining inventory and other x-ray supplies. This position requires a High School Diploma or GED, completion of a course in radiologic technology approved by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists, and a current certification (ARRT) with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists. One year of experience as a radiologic technologist is preferred. This individual must be able to work independently and have excellent customer service skills. Must also be able to travel between Stockbridge, McDonough, Fayetteville, Peachtree City, Newnan and Macon.

Requirements

•  High School or GED. Completion of course in radiologic technology approved by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists. 
• Current certification (AART) with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists preferred
•  One-year experience as a radiologic technologist preferred
