GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF POSITION
The Manager of Ancillary Services plays a pivotal role in the seamless operation of our busy orthopedic clinic. This individual will oversee the management and coordination of all ancillary services, ensuring efficiency, quality, and patient satisfaction. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, excellent organizational abilities, and a deep understanding of ancillary services within a healthcare setting.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide strong leadership to ancillary services staff, including hiring, training, and performance management.
Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork, professionalism, and continuous improvement.
Oversee the day-to-day operations of ancillary serves, including scheduling, resource allocation, and workflow management.
Develop and implement efficient processes and procedures to optimize productivity and ensure high-quality patient care.
Collaborate with other clinic departments to streamline interdisciplinary workflows and enhance overall clinic operations.
Investigate and address any issues or complaints related to ancillary services in a timely and efficient manner.
Identify opportunities for revenue growth and cost containment while maintaining high standards of service delivery.
Ensure that ancillary services are delivered in a manner that meets or exceeds patient expectations for quality, safety, and satisfaction.
Implement/Enhance patient-centered practices to enhance the overall patient experience and promote patient loyalty and retention.
Solicit feedback and use it to drive continuous improvement efforts within ancillary services.

Experience in healthcare management and strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team.
Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking skills, with a proven ability to meet tight deadlines.
Knowledge of healthcare regulations, compliance requirements, and accreditation standards.
