You'll be the friendly voice they encounter first, guiding them through the process with a listening ear.Your Role:

Communication Pro: Speak the language of kindness and empathy! Handle calls from our patients, answering questions, and making them feel valued and cared for.
Appointment Expert: Maintaining and scheduling appointments for both new and existing patients. Keeping things organized and running smoothly is your forte!
Information Guru: Gather all the necessary patient information, making sure everything is prepared and ready for their on-site appointment.
Problem-Solving Specialist: Listen carefully to patient needs and concerns, offering solutions and support to ensure their appointment with us is as pleasant as possible.
Record Keeper Extraordinaire: Help keep our patient’s records in order, ensuring we have all the right info at our fingertips.
Insurance: Verify health insurance coverage, helping our patients navigate the financial side of things with ease.
Referral Assistant: Team up with healthcare providers to assist with the referral process, making sure our patients get the specialized care they need.
