Overview:
We are seeking a talented Marketing Coordinator to join our team and drive the successful execution of key marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with strong attention to detail, capable of leading a cross-functional team to achieve project goals.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with marketing team to develop, coordinate and support project plans and timelines for various initiatives, including product launches, promotional campaigns, social media strategies, and events.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for all project-related inquiries, providing clear communication and direction to team members.
• Establish and maintain project schedules, ensuring that tasks are completed according to deadlines.
• Identify and mitigate risks that may impact project timelines or outcomes, proactively addressing issues as they arise.
• Collaborate with the creative team to produce engaging multimedia content, including graphics, videos and blog posts. Serve as support for social media team.
• Monitor, analyze and report on key performance metrics to track effectiveness of marketing campaigns and identify areas for improvement.
• Coordinate promotional events and product launches, ensuring seamless execution.

Requirements:

• Basic understanding of marketing principles, strategies and tactitcs.
• Proven experience in marketing coordination or project management, preferably in the retail industry.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and best practices for content creation and engagement.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with email marketing. Experience with Klaviyo is a plus.
• Technical and strategic understanding of digital media, as well as Google and Meta marketing suites.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $42,769.15 - $51,506.93 per year

Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
