Orrville Skilled Nursing & Rehabilitation is currently seeking a Business Office Manager for an 88-bed skilled nursing facility located in the heart of Orrville, Ohio. The ideal candidate for this position is detail-oriented, have previous experience/knowledge associated with payor sources in the long term care field, knowledge of Medicaid processes, and have some experience with payroll services and benefits. Applicants should have experience in an administrative capacity, be proficient in using Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook and is capable of managing multiple tasks with ease.

Responsibilities:

• Be proficient in balancing daily census by payor
• Have experience in the private pay collections process
• Be able to prioritize multiple tasks, set priorities, and meet deadlines.
• Be a visionary leader who can see opportunities and find ways to solve problems.
• Handle day-to-day operations of Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
• Interact with people in a professional, courteous manner.
• Be able to maintain confidentiality regarding company information.
