Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Provide information about rental options and pricing
- Process rental transactions using a POS system or cash register
- Maintain accurate records of rental agreements and customer information
- Answer phone calls and respond to customer inquiries
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction
-Scan/file all repair orders
-Cashier customer repair orders for Service Department
Requirements:
- Previous experience with cashiering, money handling and customer service
- Bilingual in Spanish and English is a plus
- Proficient in using POS systems or cash registers
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic knowledge of technology sales is beneficial
