Shipping Logistics Laborer

Orora Visual is seeking a shipping logistics laborer who is focused on the transportation, distribution, and storage of materials to keep the supply chain of the company efficient and capable of meeting business goals. This ensures

production quotas are met and that products are delivered to customers.

What You’ll be Responsible For (Essential Job functions)

Works under Fulfillment Manager and works with Project Manager, Account Manager, and Salesperson to ensure work functions are performed in an efficient manner and within the guidelines and policies established by the

Company.

• Arrange daily shipping schedule to meet due dates.
• Coordinate shipping schedules with production managers, shipping carriers, and operations using the Software from the different carriers.
• Ensure warehouse inventory is properly maintained and that required reports are generated and reviewed as prescribed, and that data is correct and timely.
• Overseeing the reship site with the Project Manager to ensure all request by customer(s) are being for processed in a timely manner.
• Ensure that equipment is properly maintained; important production, business, and personnel records are preserved, and regular reports are provided to management.
• Answers emails related to shipping and managements.
• Performs other duties and / or responsibilities as requested.

What We’re Looking For

Required Experience and Education :

• High School Degree or equivalent
• 2 Years of shipping and receiving experience in a warehouse / production environment, preferably within the printing / packaging industry

Preferred Knowledge, Skills & Abilities :

• Computer knowledge needed in excel and knowledge of Monarch system would be a plus
• Ability to multi-task and work in fast paced environment
• High attention to detail
• Excellent communication and strong time management skills
