**$2,000 Sign-on Bonus – For qualified candidates. First half paid out at 6 months, final half paid out at 9 months.**

Full Time Opportunity - Alternating 5/6 Day Work Week

Availability to work within the following Hours of Operation are REQUIRED for the in person position:

  • Hours of Operation: Monday-Thursday (8am-8pm), Friday (8am-7pm), rotating Saturday/Sunday (9am-3pm)
  • In person position - Garden City location

*Must have a flexible schedule, able to work at least one late shift and rotate weekends*

*Trainees welcome!!

Responsibilities:

  • Heavy phone work
  • Efficiently answer patient inquiries by providing general information, scheduling, rescheduling, or canceling their appointments, etc. via phone
  • Document all accounts, update patient demographics, and create medical records
  • Ability to build rapport with patients
  • Must maintain a high level of professionalism and quality customer service

Qualifications:

  • HS Diploma /GED a MUST; College Degree Preferred
  • Previous experience in customer service and/or a call center is required.
  • Healthcare background is a plus
  • Bilingual Spanish (Preferred not required)
  • GREAT BENEFITS and scheduled PTO and some holidays
  • Must be able to provide work references
  • Must be able to work on a flexible schedule --up to 8pm daily (weekdays) and nearly every other weekends.
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Must be reliable and dependable
  • Must be able to work in a fast-paced and growing environment
  • Must have a positive, welcoming, and a professional demeanor
  • Must be a doer, go getter, and team player
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills a must

Dress Code:

  • Navy blue scrubs REQUIRED (business casual attire permitted during training period)

** up to three weeks of paid call center training, will be provided, before starting on our phones.**
