OrlandoVets is seeking a Veterinary Technician Team Leader at our Maitland Animal Hospital locations with an opportunity to earn $20-$25/hr. Veterinary Technicians serve an integral role in our hospital's success by assisting veterinarians in treating our patients in appointments, surgery, and hospital treatments, and helping us build lasting partnerships with our clients. OrlandoVets is comprised of four growing, privately owned veterinary hospitals based in Central Florida offering team members flexible scheduling, growth opportunities, and a fun place to work!

Requirements:

• At least 4 years of Veterinary Technician experience
• CVT, or equivalent credentials preferred, but not required
• A genuine desire and drive to make people’s day as great as possible
• A commitment to high quality patient care and an appreciation for the human-animal bond

Responsibilities:

• Client communications
• Perform diagnostic and laboratory procedures with proficiency
• Patient care
• Medical record maintenance
• Effective communication with fellow team members
• Work closely with the Practice Manager and Leadership team to maximize work flow efficiency and maintain standards of care
