Roofing Sales Opportunity: Roofing Independent Sales Reps needed to prospect and develop roofing sales. Pay is commission based your ability on sales and potential. Independent Sales Reps can expect to earn 30K-70K annually.

Duties will Include:

• Get your own jobs
• Candidates should be somewhat adventurous and must not have a fear of heights,
• Inspect roofs and property to determine the scope of damage and need for repair
• Meet with homeowners
• Able to go door to door
• Work with insurance companies and adjusters as required
• Assist customers in selecting materials and colors used for the job
• Develop referrals and generate positive reviews

Requirements:

Previous experience in roofing sales may be helpful but is not required. We offer all training necessary for all new hires.

• Applicant must be extremely self-motivated and able to work with minimal daily supervision
• Must be of sound personal character and a positive representation of the values of our company (integrity, honesty, respect, quality, customer-focused, etc.…)
• Must have excellent communication skills
• Must have necessary computer skills and be able to learn out company-specific CRM software

The following skills will be helpful:

• Roofing experience
• Knowledge of roofing techniques and materials
• Experience in project costing and planning
• Previous sales experience in roofing

Benefits and compensation:

• Sales Representatives are hired as independent contractor and are paid a commission on each project completed.
• Average Independent Sales Reps with a full pipeline can expect to earn between $30K-$70K annually
