Auto Dealership Human Resources / Payroll Clerk

• Complete onboarding of new hires
• Process payroll
• Maintain payroll information by collecting, calculating, and entering data
• Update payroll records in online payroll system by entering changes in exemptions, insurance, direct deposits, department changes, employee transfers, new hires, terminations, and more
• Prepare reports for accounting staff on a bi-weekly and semi-monthly basis and upon request
• Resolve payroll discrepancies by collecting and analyzing data
• Maintain employee confidence and protecting confidentiality
• Perform general administrative duties as needed

• 
  At least 3 years’ Human Resources/Payroll experience is required
• Dealership experience is preferred
• MS Office proficiency
• Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality at all times
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Friendly and outgoing personality
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Time Management skills with the ability to meet deadlines
• Analytical problem-solving skills
• Professional appearance
