Position Summary *THIS IS A HOME HEALTH CARE POSITION ONLY AND REQUIRES TRAVEL TO PATIENTS' HOMES LOCATED IN THE CLERMONT, LEESBURG, AND THE VILLAGES AREAS* Hospital care at home The Orlando Health Hospital Care at Home program provides acute hospital-level care to adult patients in the comfort of their own homes, allowing nurses the unique opportunity to build relationships and connect one-on-one with their patients and their patients' families. Position Summary The Registered Nurse administers patient care within the inpatient/observation setting where an acute care patientreceives active treatment for an injury, episode of illness, a medical condition, or post intervention with assessment. Qualifications Education/Training • Graduate of an approved school of nursing. • Meets all mandatory, developmental, and performance competency requirements for Orlando Health and unit/department. Licensure/Certification • Maintains current State of Florida RN license or valid eNLCmultistate RN license. • Maintains current BLS/Healthcare Provider certification. • Must possess a valid driver's license and has reliable transportation to travel to perform job duties. Experience • Two (2) years acute care nursing experience required.Education/Training • Graduate of an approved school of nursing. • Meets all mandatory, developmental, and performance competency requirements for Orlando Health and unit/department.
