We're seeking a dynamic Retail Supervisor to join our Midway North America division at the stunning Orlando Eye. At the Orlando Eye, we're not just a workplace; we're a world of magic and wonder! Our collective goal is to ensure every guest experience a magical, memorable, and world-class adventure. As a Retail Supervisor, you'll be the on-the-floor example of excellence, leading our Retail Team to create unforgettable moments for our guests. From maximizing Per Cap spends to ensuring a magical atmosphere, you'll play a key role in the day-to-day operations.
About the Role:
- Lead with enthusiasm, meeting or exceeding KPI and Mystery Visit targets.
- Collaborate with the Retail Manager on training programs for safe and efficient operations.
- Implement labor budgets/schedules for various day-types and seasonal needs.
- Bring magic to Merchandising and Inventory Control programs.
- Serve as a Duty Manager and perform various roles within the attraction.
- Inspire and mentor the Retail Team for outstanding guest experiences.
Qualifications & Experience
About You:
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
- Two years of related experience in the Retail industry.
- Background in leading teams in hospitality or attractions.
- Excellent communication skills and a guest-first mindset.
- Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
