Your Magical Role: As a Bar Supervisor, you'll be at the forefront of creating an extraordinary experience for our guests at Orlando Eye, ensuring the well-being of our amazing team. Your responsibilities include managing the full operation of Bar services, partnering with suppliers to order delightful beverages, and maintaining top-notch cleanliness and hygiene standards.

What Spells You'll Cast: Bar Operations: Lead the magical world of Bar services, from stock control to ensuring Merlin Food Safety Standards are met. Training Mastery: Coordinate captivating training for Bar Hosts, empowering them to deliver outstanding customer service and ensuring safety compliance. Manager On Duty Enchantment: Oversee the attraction's smooth operation, managing queues, and ensuring a magical experience for our guests.

Qualifications for the Magic:

• High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
• Two (2) years of enchanting experience in Food & Beverage.
• A career-oriented wizard in leading teams, preferably in the hospitality or attractions industry.
• A guest-first mindset with excellent communication skills.
• Flexibility and adaptability in our innovative, fast-paced environment.
