Do you work in retail, but are tired of working nights and weekends? Oriskany Garage Tire and Auto Service can help get your life back. We are a busy auto repair shop looking for a full time service advisor – weekdays only, no evenings, nights, or weekends.

We are looking for someone with personality, work ethic, and potential to learn.

Experience is helpful but not required. The technical aspect is not that difficult and we will train the right person.

Service advisor responsibilities:

· Greet customer and answer phones

· Initiate repair orders and effectively document customer concerns

· Prepare estimates for recommended auto repairs and maintenance

· Review repair estimates with customers and make recommendations

· Prepare customer billing and receive payment

Requirements:

· Self starter with

· Attention to detail

· Multi task

· Flexible team player

· Outgoing, can do, customer service oriented attitude

· Clean driver’s license

· Basic computer skills
