As a Production Supervisor you will be responsible for leading the production team and supervising production workers.
Responsibilities
- Manage, direct, and coordinate all activities related to a production shift to maximize productivity and minimize cost while maintaining safety and quality
- Coordinate with the Scheduler to ensure daily production requirements are achieved
- Ensure all production data is gathered and reported correctly on a daily basis
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
- 3 years manufacturing experience or MILITARY LEADERSHIP preferred
- Union experience is a plus
- SAP and/or Oracle experience preferred
