Position Details :

- Location : Morris, MN
- Shift : DuPont Schedule 7am 3pm
- Compensation : $26 - $30 / hour (depending on experience) $20K annual bonus potential (paid out monthly and quarterly)
- Travel : None

Position Description Plant TechnicianThe position of Plant Technician includes operation, preventive maintenance, trouble shooting and responding to outages at company’s biogas upgrading plants.
You will work directly for the Plant Manager under the supervision and guidance of the Plant Technician Supervisor. Your responsibilities will include the commissioning and safely operating equipment for all production processes performed at the biogas facility.
You will also coordinate and enforce plant safety protocols and production rules and regulations. Additionally, you will monitor, document, and troubleshoot biogas operation per established procedures.
Requirements : The ideal candidate has strong mechanical and electrical aptitude and a demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and repair electrical and mechanical equipment.
