Position Details
Location: Selma, AL
Compensation: $110K - $140K (based on experience)
Shift: Monday – Friday | Day Shift with 7-week rotation weekend duty

Position Description
As an Area Process Manager – Power Boilers and Turbines (APM) for the Power Business Unit, you will be responsible for managing Power Boilers, Steam Turbine Generators, and Gas Turbine. Additional Responsibilities will include:
- Manage the Power Area Team in a goal-oriented environment to deliver target results in the areas of safety, employee engagement, cost, and quality.
- Manage repair jobs to ensure reliable operations between scheduled outages.
- Develop process improvement plans and implement systems for continuous improvement.
- Develop tools and systems to maintain compliance with all applicable environmental permitting and ensure all environmental compliance systems are reliable and accurate (NCG, air, water, etc.)
- Ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree in Engineering or 5 years’ experience in nuclear power generation/operations and/or management of boiler and turbine repair jobs.
- Leadership background and the strong interpersonal skills necessary to build trust, respect, and teamwork with your direct reports, as well as a proven track record of improving team engagement.
