Orion Lending is Hiring a Business Analyst Near Charlotte, NC

Responsibilities

  • Troubleshoot production systems issues.
  • Manage escalation support queue and create Bug ticket requirements as needed.
  • Act as a project coordinator in all phases of project execution and implementation, and ensures all related objectives are fulfilled for each project.
  • Interviews subject matter experts, observes work processes, and communicates with business leaders and staff to research and analyze information required for the development or update of processes or systems.
  • Work with programmers and software developers to define solutions for system or client issues- includes writing Technical and Functional Specifications documents, for system changes.
  • Develop and implement project plans for smaller scale initiatives.
  • Advise on business change implications and produce user documentation to support and enable the implementation of new programming.
  • Collaborate with internal business partners and existing resources to develop a solid understanding of our business, procedures, and operations.
  • Relay suggestions or needs of users to Department Leadership and create raw materials to support changes.
  • Performs all related department administrative functions, as required.
  • Maintains cohesive working relationships with all levels of management, line of business personnel, and team to effectively interface on all projects and deliverables.
  • Follows the Company’s policies and procedures and supports the Company’s Core Values.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Mortgage Experience- 3 years minimum
  • MS Office Suite: strong experience required
  • Presentation skills
  • Customer service skills
  • Strong analytical, problem solving, organizational and time management skills are required
  • Competency in Azure DevOps or similar platform
