We are seeking a highly driven, people-focused, and business-savvy Vice President of Operations to oversee and implement effective operating procedures across the company, as a part of leadership. The Vice President of Operations will will lead service and construction departments to ensure all KPI’s and company goals are met. The ideal candidate will possess a strong track record of success in leadership roles, with a passion for driving results, inspiring teams, and creating value through strategic decision-making.

Position Location

This position is based in the Greater Cincinnati, Ohio area. This candidate must possess the ability to be geographically flexible and willing to travel.

Job Responsibilities

The President will work closely with the operational leadership at each business, the controller, and administrative manager to oversee the direction and growth of the business. Job responsibilities include:

• Reporting line responsibilities for all branches, head of supply chain and national account management.
• Ensure a safe working culture at BME with 100% compliance on all BME & Industry standards
• Responsible for Gross Margin and tech utilization
• Partner with Branch Managers to create growth plans that can achieve 10% top line, 1% margin expansion
• Lead, Support, improve and motivate service and construction departments reach tracked goals & objectives
• Assist President in reviewing financials, gross profit, tech utilization
• Establish KPI’s within the Service Department to track division productivity, customer satisfaction, efficiency & productivity
• Develop training & quality control programs for field technicians
• Responsible for hiring talent in reporting departments
