Position: Senior Project Manager / Project Manager
Salary: $80,000 - $110,000

We are seeking a Senior Project Manager/Project Manager for commercial drywall projects in the Tampa area. This role will oversee all aspects of project management, including procurement, coordination, scheduling, quality control, and technical expertise, to ensure the successful execution of field operations. This company has worked on some of Florida’s biggest attractions, including multiple hotels, rides and areas in both the Disney World and Universal Orlando resorts.
Responsibilities:
- Review project estimates and establish material, labor, and subcontractor budgets.
- Generate purchase orders for vendors and subcontractors.
- Prepare and submit material submittals.
- Manage document control for the field, including RFIs, pricing, and shop drawings.
- Utilize PlanGrid for project management purposes.
- Implement pricing and cost controls to manage budgets and mitigate additional expenses.
Qualifications:
- Experience in commercial drywall trade.
- Proficiency in on-screen take-off and estimating software (e.g., Quick Bid or Edge).
- Familiarity with Autodesk software.
- Experience with PlanGrid and Blue Beam.
- Strong skills in Microsoft Excel and Word.
