Oakdale Rehabilitation and Skilled Nursing Center has a opening for a Resident Life Assistant. This center is part of Oriol Health Care, a family owned and operated company providing high quality health care since 1964! 

This position is Per Diem.

The right candidate will be willing and able to :

- Assist residents to and from activities.

- Assist and/or lead group or one-on-one activity programs.

- Assist with evaluation of each resident according to their backgrounds, interests, physical limitations and need for meaningful programs.

- Report any changes in resident behavior and any safety hazards.

- Assist in maintaining equipment and supplies in neat and safe manner.

The right candidate will have the following :

- Previous experience working with residents.

- High level of dependability and interpersonal skills.
