Restored Path Detox, operated by Origins Behavioral Health is DFW's premier location for sophisticated medical detox. Conveniently located in Frisco, we provide a safe sanctuary for healing that is also a state-of-the-art detoxification facility for a wide range of substances.

As a Healthcare Facilities Manager you will coordinate with teams in various departments to ensure all goals are met. Goals include smooth operation of facility in regard to safety, supplies, and budgets.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Help establish policies and procedures concerning the use of all company property and facilities.

• Assure that the condition, safety, and cleanliness of all Origin's structures and grounds meet all normally expected conditions.

• Identify and prioritize necessary maintenance projects and assure their completion.

• Negotiate maintenance contracts and oversee the purchasing of equipment and supplies used in the maintenance department and administration areas.

• Ensure that all liability and maintenance needs are coordinated.

• Prepares, administers and communicates security and safety policy.

• Complete a periodic safety review of all facilities, and monitor the implementation of facilities security measures.

• Manage and direct external IT support services.

• Maintain an inventory of property and equipment.

• Assure the proper maintenance of the heating and air conditioning systems and all other special equipment.

• Recommend needed maintenance and improvements to the Corporate Director of Support Operations, both short range and long range.

• Insures compliance with federal, state and local ordinances.

• Project Manager for expansion.

• Plan for and recommend office space and equipment needs.

• Negotiate contracts for the facility as required, and obtain competitive bids for projects that have been approved.

• Manage Operations budget with guidance from the Corporate Director of Support Operations.

• Oversee any facilities expansions, acquisition of new facilities, or moving of existing facilities to new locations.

• Approve purchases and purchase office supplies, furniture and fixtures for both Texas and Florida locations.

• Uphold all company Policies and Procedures.

• Maintain client/potential client confidentiality in accordance with company policy.

Requirements:

Education/ Experience/Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.

• Minimum of five (5) years of experience in a similar position or should possess multiple trade certifications.

• Minimum of one (1) year supervisory experience required

• If in recovery, 1 year of continuous sobriety preferred.

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:

• Demonstrate managerial experience and competence.

• Must be computer literate and be familiar with most Microsoft products and network components.

• Must have the ability to read and understand blue prints.

• Must have fluid communication skills that foster teamwork and high morale.

• Must be able to set an example as a leader so that others that report to them want to follow with enthusiasm.

• Must possess a high degree of leadership skills both in theory and practice.

• Must possess a high degree of organization skills and be able to pass this information to his/her direct reports.

• Must possess skills in the area of facility budgeting and forecasting.
