This position is responsible for seeking out and developing new business opportunities with professional referents, ultimately driving appropriate resident census to treatment within our facilities. The Outreach Representative’s objective is to meet established sales goals by delivering value to referral sources through interactions that include communication, education, customer support and differentiation of facility programs and services. Works with Outreach Director to build an organization that works to develop and support professional referrals. A wide degree of creativity and autonomy is required.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

• Develop, execute, and maintain sales and outreach plan.
• Assist in the development of positive relationships with key referral partners including other Recovery treatment facilities, related providers, private practitioners and affiliated non–profit organizations.
• Identify goals with Director of Outreach to increase existing business.
• Achieve targeted goals for admissions.
• Work with Director of Outreach to assist with growth initiatives related to regional markets.
• Make direct sales calls to professionals and companies that need our services.
• Network and create partnerships with local and national service providers.
• Maintain working knowledge of facility clinical operations.
• Further develop and maintain an organized database of potential referral sources in order to market to potential and existing contacts and plan and monitor business goals.
• Drive to and from offices and facilities to meet with referents.

Must have a minimum of 3 years experience in the recovery business, specifically responsible for professional referral development and outreach.
