Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement
- Manage all social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn
- Create and curate engaging content for social media posts, including graphics, videos, and written copy
- Monitor social media trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth
- Engage with followers and respond to comments and messages in a timely manner
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media efforts with overall marketing goals
- Analyze social media metrics and generate reports to track performance and make data-driven decisions
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in social media management
Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role
- Strong knowledge of public relations, advertising, and social media management principles
- Familiarity with popular social media platforms and their respective best practices
- Proficient in using Google Analytics, Hootsuite, Buffer, or other social media management tools
- Experience with e-commerce platforms and online marketing strategies
- Ability to perform social listening to monitor brand mentions and sentiment
- Graphic design skills using Adobe Illustrator /photoshop and video editing with Adobe premier or similar software
- Photography skills for capturing high-quality visuals for social media content
