What You Will Achieve:

The Prior Authorization Specialist III position will be primarily responsible for supporting the intake process, prior authorization follow up and new customer set up for the Reimbursement Team. 

How You Will Achieve It:

• Support fax server function for reimbursement
• Perform intake data entry
• Follow up on prior authorization submissions via phone and portal
• Effectively interface with hospitals, wound care centers and physicians
• Direct new customer paperwork as needed
• Assist with new customer set up
• Maintain a log of incomplete forms and contracts
• Compile reporting information
• Conference calls with customers and participation in presentations as needed to support the Circle of Care Program
• Participate in internal audits regarding our Business Associate Agreements
• Cross-functional collaboration with internal teams (legal, health care policy etc)
• Comply with all company policies and procedures 
• Ability to meet strict metrics for quota and turn-around time
• Other duties as needed.
