Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic individual to join our team as a Part-Time Sales Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for selling our range of organic products to various retail outlets including boutiques, bait and tackle shops, BBQ stores, hiking and camping stores, golf courses, RV centers, garden centers, and more. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and a drive to promote organic and eco-friendly products.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain relationships with retail outlets to promote and sell our organic products, including mosquito repellent spray pen counter-top display units, lip balm, and all-in-one glass cleaner.
• Identify potential clients and generate leads within the target market.
• Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the benefits of our organic products.
• Visit a minimum of 20 businesses per week to present our products.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to implement sales strategies and promotional campaigns.
• Provide excellent customer service and address any inquiries or concerns from clients.
• Keep accurate records of sales activities and maintain regular communication with the sales manager.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in sales or customer service preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
• Knowledge of the retail industry and willingness to travel within the designated territory.
• Passion for organic and eco-friendly products is a plus.
• Access to reliable transportation.

Compensation:

• Base pay of $300 per week.
• 10% commission on sales.
