Job Title: Senior IT Systems Analyst
Pay & FSLA Status: Competitive Compensation, D.O.E., Hourly non-exempt
Regular Schedule & Shift: Monday - Friday, Day shift
Regular Weekly Hours: Full-time/40 hours per week (overtime as needed)
Paid Time Off (PTO): 80 hours accrued year 1; 120 hours accrued annually after year 1
Paid Sick Time: 40 hours annually
Management Position: No
Branch Location: Corporate office in Wilsonville, OR; Hybrid flexible
POSITION SUMMARY:
The Senior IT Systems Analyst will work to support, maintain, and enhance key BI, ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) system functional areas, as well as support systems users. This position will be a team member at our corporate headquarters, interacting with IT leadership and internal customers.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Work with branches, administrative departments, IT management, and operations departments to identify IT system needs, opportunities, and solutions.
  • Analyze and interpret complex data to identify trends and insights that drive business decisions.
  • Participate in systems support help desk and user training activities.
  • Thoroughly understand ERP UI, workflows, and database schema.
  • Analyze and troubleshoot system issues reported by users.
  • Perform testing and QA activities.
  • Perform research and project management for various IS projects as needed.
  • Design, develop, and maintain workflows and dataflow processes across the Microsoft stack.
  • Perform data modeling, design, and implementation of ETL workflows. Design, develop, test, and deploy data solutions.
  • Develop Business Requirement Documents (BRD's), Functional Requirement Documents (FRD), Use Case Documents, Standard Operating Procedures (SOP's) and Software Requirement Specifications (SRS's) across the deliverables of a project to support enhancements for ERP and BI systems.
REQUIRED SKILLS:
  • ERP system administration skills.
  • Experience with SDLC and Project management methodologies including Agile.
  • Gathering system requirements, defining business processes, UML modeling, DFD, and ERD diagramming.
  • Expertise in creating SQL Queries, Query tuning, and a strong understanding of data and analytics.
  • Data warehousing and ETL processes.
  • Professional writing and verbal skills.
  • Self-motivated. Collaborative teamwork mindset yet comfortable working independently.
  • Strong user support and communication skills.
  • Strong project management skills which allow you to prioritize, communicate, and execute effectively.
  • Resourceful self-starter, eager to learn, and a creative problem solver.
  • Microsoft Office suite.
DESIRABLE SKILLS:
  • SQL Database administration and developer skills including Triggers, Stored Procedures, Indexes, Security, SSAS, and SSIS.
  • Experience developing and publishing Power BI reports, dashboards, and DAX coding.
  • Power BI data modeling skills.
REQUIRED EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Technology, Business, Accounting, Finance, Mathematics, or a related field.
  • Any combination of education, training, or experience that demonstrates the ability to perform the duties of the position will be accepted in place of the education and/or experience requirements listed for this role.

  • Ability to lift files, open filing cabinets, and bend or stand on a stool as necessary.
