Summary/Objective

The Mitigation Technician Assistant will work on an array of restoration projects. From homes to businesses. This position will work closely with a Project Manager to carry out a project from beginning to end. Some project tasks include; water extraction, moving furniture, setting up drying equipment and monitoring the progress and deconstruction(demolition of wet materials) and cleaning.

Our team is some of the highest certified and skilled restorers in the country and we want you to come join us. You don't need to have any experience either. We will train anyone with a positive attitude, energy and problem solving skills.

For those who know restoration. We have a very relaxed rotating oncall schedule shared with a large handful of other techs. Our oncall rotation is just Friday night till Monday. Lots of upward mobility and training in-house. We give oncall bonuses, response bonuses, profit sharing and so much more. We are the best paid team in town. -Driving is an essential function so applicant must have a clear driving record. Company Van Provided
