Oregon Occupational Medicine is Hiring a Medical Receptionist Near Tualatin, OR

We are seeking an experienced Medical Receptionist to join our growing occupational medicine practice in Tualatin, Oregon.
Top priority will be given to applicants who are fluent in Spanish and English
The qualified candidate will be a reliable, team-oriented individual with the following qualifications:
  • Prior Experience in healthcare required, preferably in reception or administrative capacity.
  • Must be able to multi-task and effectively prioritize tasks, including managing incoming calls, greeting/registering and discharging patients, scheduling appointments and maintaining a smooth and efficient patient flow.
  • Accurately collect and process payments for patient pay services.
  • Be reliable, detail-oriented and consistent with follow-through.
  • Knowledgeable in basic computer skills and capable of utilizing electronic medical records, MS Office Suite, scanning and electronically storing documents.
  • Exhibit excellent interpersonal skills for working closely with team members, patients and clients.
  • Utilize critical thinking and problem-solving skills in daily tasks.
  • This is a full-time Monday-Friday, business hours (8a-5p) position.
Compensation package includes an hourly wage dependent on your experience, plus medical, dental and vision benefits, retirement plan, paid vacation, and sick time.

Pay: $16.00 - $19.00 per hour
