Job Title: Team Lead

Classification: Exempt

Reports to: Office Manager

Summary/Objective: A Team Lead, is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the clinic and its various departments. Their duties include communicating with doctors and staff, relaying important information or policy changes from upper management, and implementing incentives to enhance employee productivity.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Overall responsibility for managing the chiropractic and regenerative medicine to deliver outstanding patient experiences and to achieve daily operational goals.
  • Responsible for developing an effective patient flow to insure an outstanding patient experience.
  • Daily, weekly and monthly analysis of operational plans to identify and implement continuous improvements
  • Obtain/maintain/manage attorney relationships to educate them on how we can help to increase their revenue (Paul Hollern System)
  • Ensure goals are achieved in various aspects of the business: Chiropractic, Regenerative Medicine, Aesthetic Medicine
  • Regular training/drilling/simulations to ensure an outstanding culture; staff works as a team to deliver excellent service to patients and excellent production
  • Make sure all staff understands the final valuable product and the production they are responsible for in their job role
  • Responsible for meeting related Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), including patient satisfaction measures while keeping overhead low and manageable
  • Contribute to promotional planning for services provided by Oregon Medical Centers
  • Utilize and contribute to sales and presentation materials/ pamphlets/service lines.
  • Supervise the work of sales, support staff, in both the Regenerative Medicine department and the chiropractic department of the business so they can help produce and deliver outstanding customer service to patients
  • Responsible for data and tracking to support sales planning, activities, follow-ups, and outcomes.
  • Become informed to speak to all services offered by Oregon Medical Centers
  • Establish marketing partners for potential leads and referrals within the area
  • Providing Stats to Office Manager and Senior Management on a monthly basis

Details and Goals:

1. Management of staff at Aloha clinic. Assist in hiring, leading, training, and inspiring staff

2. Increasing stats, production, capacity, and reaching goals/metrics

3. Facilitate staff to reach Patient Visit goals in Aloha office.

4. Increasing sales/production/collections for regenerative medicine to reach location goals.

5. Assist in the hiring and training case managers for regen with regular, daily drilling and training

6. Monthly analysis: return on investment (ROI) for each service line and present to Office Manager and Senior Management

7. Marketing: Review location metrics regularly and adjusting based on ROI for all active marketing channels.

G. Implement Company authorized training to improve operational results for Regen Medicine.

8. Ensure team provides exceptional customer service with a smile and compassion. Working as a team to drive practice and reach goals. Ensure operational flow of office is stream-lined, efficient, and smooth.

9. Lead regular Staff meetings in to inspire staff to reach production goals. Participate in weekly Senior Staff meetings.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills to produce reports, assign tasks, accept instructions, and handle vendor contracts, among other tasks
  • Organization and the ability to multitask to complete a wide variety of tasks
  • Flexibility to assist staff to adjust to new tasks should company or office needs change
  • Strong interpersonal skills to interact positively with all employees
  • Leadership ability to manage challenges and oversee employees
  • Attention to detail to ensure tasks are completed thoroughly and correctly

Requirements/Experience:

  • Minimum of 2 years management experience (Required)
  • Experience in a medical office (Preferred)

In addition to the technical knowledge, experience and competence required of this job title, all company employees must also possess problem-solving skills, intelligence, perseverance, orderliness, responsibility, drive toward and satisfaction at the attainment of goals. Calmness and endurance under stressful conditions. Consistency and predictability in the regular attendance to duty, individual initiative as well as participation in group efforts. Correct estimation of specific circumstances, fairness, empathy, appreciation toward fellow workers, and effective communication skills. You may be required to be cross-trained in other job duties based on the needs of the clinic.

Pay: $21.00 - $26.00 per hour
