Experience and Qualifications:

* At least 6 months of experience in a healthcare setting

* Must possess a CNA license for at least one full year, with a current license valid in Oregon

* Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) preferred, American Heart Association

Role and Responsibilities:

* Turning or repositioning bedridden patients to prevent bedsores

* Measuring and recording vital signs such as temperature and blood pressure

* Responding to patient calls for care and assistance

* Documenting health issues and reporting to nursing staff

* Assisting patients with feeding and recording their food and liquid intake

* Maintaining cleanliness in patient rooms and changing bed linens

* Assisting with medical procedures and dressing wounds

* Preparing rooms for patient admissions

* Providing personal care to patients, including bathing, grooming, and oral care

* Managing supply inventory and restocking as needed

Requirements:

* Willingness to float to meet facility needs
