This position is a clinical position to assist IDT’s in developing, implementing and evaluating patient centered treatment. The TCP Specialist is a core member of the treatment team who shall perform the following key functions; coordination of all IDT meetings, facilitate the development of TCPs, and integration of all aspects of patient care into the TCP including Behavior Support Plans, Emergency Treatment Care Plans, STARTs, and other key assessments. WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR: Minimum Qualifications A bachelor's degree in business or public administration, Behavioral or Social Sciences, or a degree related to the agency program that demonstrates the capacity for the knowledge and skills; and two years' experience coordinating or administering a program. OR Any combination of experience or education equivalent to five years of experience that typically supports the knowledge and skill requirements listed for the classification. Experience in writing reports and or treatment care plans. Knowledge about hospital policies, procedures, and standards in a hospital and or psychiatric setting.
