The work you perform as Treatment Care Plan Specialist will directly influence the safety of patients and staff of OSH and allow us to maintain a safe and therapeutic environment in which to treat our patients, promote recovery, and reintegration back to the community. This position is a clinical position to assist IDT’s in developing, implementing and evaluating patient centered treatment. The TCP Specialist is a core member of the treatment team who shall perform the following key functions; coordination of all IDT meetings, facilitate the development of TCPs, and integration of all aspects of patient care into the TCP including Behavior Support Plans, Emergency Treatment Care Plans, STARTs, and other key assessments. WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR: Minimum Qualifications A bachelor's degree in business or public administration, Behavioral or Social Sciences, or a degree related to the agency program that demonstrates the capacity for the knowledge and skills; and two years' experience coordinating or administering a program. OR Any combination of experience or education equivalent to five years of experience that typically supports the knowledge and skill requirements listed for the classification. Desired Attributes Experience in creating and maintaining a work environment that is respectful and accepting of diversity among team members and the people we serve. Experience in writing reports and or treatment care plans. Knowledge about hospital policies, procedures, and standards in a hospital and or psychiatric setting.
