**Overview:**

We are seeking a dedicated Floor Manager to oversee operations in our warehouse facility. The ideal candidate will have experience in materials handling, warehouse management, and ensuring efficient order fulfillment.

**Responsibilities:**

- Manage and coordinate daily floor operations in the warehouse

- Supervise a team of warehouse staff to ensure smooth workflow

- Oversee materials handling, stock organization, and quality control processes

- Inventory tracking and order processing

- Operate forklifts for moving and storing materials

- Monitor and maintain accurate records of stock levels and distribution activities

- Implement and enforce safety protocols within the warehouse environment

**Qualifications:**

- Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution center setting

- Proficiency in inventory management

- Ability to operate forklifts safely and efficiently

- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail

- Knowledge of package handling, order fulfillment, and quality control processes

- Excellent communication and leadership abilities to manage a team effectively
