Our Life Enrichment Assistant Will:

• Create and develop activities based on our resident interests, hobbies, and talent to enhance the entire community.
• Meet with prospective families and residents, coordinate move-ins and new resident orientations.
• Write newsletters, assemble promotions, and manage the community social media presence.
• Partner with other associates to ensure safety and wellbeing.
• Build strong relationships in a positive team environment throughout the community.

Our Life Enrichment Assistant Has:

• 1 years of activity development, planning and execution.
• Experience providing care to individuals with cognitive and memory-care needs.
• 1 years of senior living experience (preferred).
• A valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
