We are looking for a Clinical Director - Hospice to provide support to our patients and their loved ones.
Clinical Director - Hospice:

• Provides guidance and counseling to coordinators and Clinical Supervisors to assist in improving all aspects of hospice care services.
• Interpret operational indicators to detect census changes increase/decrease in volume potentially impacting staffing levels, revenues, or expenses.
• Assist the Administrator in the preparation and administration of the budget.
• Plans and implements inservice and continuing education programs to meet the education and training needs of organization personnel.
• Assist in the development of organization goals. Develops, recommends, and administers organization policies and procedures.
• Assures proper maintenance of clinical records in compliance with local, state, and federal laws regarding licensure and certification of organization personnel and maintains compliance with the ACHC/Chap hospice standards.

Our Clinical Director - Hospice Must Have:

• Active RN License with an accredited degree in nursing - Bachelor's or Masters degree preferred
• Hospice certification preferred.
• Prior leadership experience preferred.
• A valid Drivers license and access to an insured and good working vehicle.
