"Caring for those that once cared for us is one of life's greatest honors" We are looking for a Clinical Director - Hospice to provide support to our patients and their loved ones. Clinical Director - Hospice:
Provides guidance and counseling to coordinators and Clinical Supervisors to assist in improving all aspects of hospice care services.
Interpret operational indicators to detect census changes increase/decrease in volume potentially impacting staffing levels, revenues, or expenses.
Assist the Administrator in the preparation and administration of the budget.
Plans and implements inservice and continuing education programs to meet the education and training needs of organization personnel.
Assist in the development of organization goals. Develops, recommends, and administers organization policies and procedures.
Assures proper maintenance of clinical records in compliance with local, state, and federal laws regarding licensure and certification of organization personnel and maintains compliance with the ACHC/Chap hospice standards.
Our Clinical Director - Hospice Must Have:
Active RN License with an accredited degree in nursing - Bachelor's or Masters degree preferred
Hospice certification preferred.
Prior leadership experience preferred.
A valid Drivers license and access to an insured and good working vehicle.
