Orchard Park Health and Rehabilitation is pleased to be accepting applications for a Staff Development Coordinator , RN or LPN . This position plans, implements, directs and evaluates the educational program of all personnel in the facility based on identified resident needs, staff needs, and County, State and Federal laws and regulations, as applicable. Caring for our staff and nursing assistants to provide the best possible support for skills and development.
The Staff Development Coordinator, RN or LPN will participate in:

• General Orientation,
• Job Specific Orientation
• In-Service, and Continuing Education Programs for nursing department personnel.
• Education surrounding regulatory compliance, skills and competencies for licensed staff
• Functions within the scope of the state's Nurse Practice Act
• Be a part of the team leading the nation in healthcare.

The ideal RN or LPN Staff Development Coordinator will be compassionate, collaborative and kind. Work well in developing an inclusive work environment that promotes teaching and skills development for the nursing staff. Active unencumbered nursing license required.
Wage Range $45-60 depending on license, certification and experience.
Compensation is based on Licensure, experience and certifications .
