Competitive Experience Based Wages $39-$ 42.50.
As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) , you will put resident service first and ensure that residents and their families receive the highest quality care. Under the direction of a registered nurse, you will deliver a full range of nursing care. This includes but not limited to:

• Admitting, transferring, and discharging residents.
• Conducting daily rounds to observe the resident's physical and emotional status.
• Medication administration.
• Monitoring resident care provided by staff.
• Maintaining the confidentiality of all resident care information; and
• Promoting a culture of safety to ensure a healthy practice and living environment.

LPN Skills and Abilities:

• LPN with current licensure to practice in the Washington.
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Basic knowledge of computers or willingness to learn.
• Experience in Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) environment
• Nursing experience providing direct care to multiple residents.
• Behavioral care / memory care experience
• Experience with Point Click Care (PCC)
