About The Opportunity
Join, fabricate and repair metal and other welding material by applying appropriate welding techniques andoperating various welding devices.
1.Interpretblueprints,specifications,diagramsorschematicstodetermineappropriateweldingprocess.
2.Inspectcompletedweldstodeterminestructuralsoundness.
3.Startupandshutdownmachinesproperly.
4.Consistentlyandsafelyoperatesmachinesatorabovestandardsofoperationincludingwaste,quality, efficiency and utilization.
5.Troubleshoot,identifyandcorrectmachine/rack-relatedproblemsthroughproperadjustmentstovarious parts of the machine.
6.Work in a safe and efficient manner using all personal protective, safety equipment and devices that are required,inaccordancewithallSTWdocumentation(ifSTW isnotdevelopedforanyprocesswithinthisjob, proper training techniques must be followed).
7.BeactivelyinvolvedinContinuousImprovement;promoteandsustainanyandallCI,5SandSTW activities.
8.Contributetoateam effort.
9.Maintainasafeandcleanworkenvironment.
